Jevon Holland slid and caught the ball. He picked off a downfield ball from Dak Prescott. Holland dragged his knees on the catch. It was a big play in the first half. It gave the Giants control. Jaxson Dart hit Isaiah Likely for a touchdown. That made it 14-7 at halftime. Caleb Downs dropped Dart for his first NFL sack at the season opener. The pick and the sack remained the biggest defensive plays of the opening half.
